Julia C. McBride
Julia C. McBride is a Valencia, California estate & trust attorney with extensive experience handling simple to complex estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, post-death estate administration, and trust and estate problem resolution and litigation.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, option in Accounting Theory & Practice, summa cum laude, from California State University at Northridge in 1992. She passed the Uniform CPA Exam in 1993. Ms. McBride then obtained her law degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1996, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1996. In 2009, she was certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization as a legal specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, a distinction held by fewer than 1,000 California attorneys.
Ms. McBride opened her solo law practice in 2007. During the eleven years prior to that, she worked as an associate for several tax, trust, and estate attorneys, gaining in-depth experience in various aspects of the field of estate & trust law.
Cecil R. McNab
Cecil R. McNab, of counsel to the firm, is a senior lawyer with extensive experience in corporate formation and management, business transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, trust and estate, and probate, including estate administration, conservatorships and guardianships. He practiced corporate law in New York City and international corporate in Saudi Arabia prior to returning to Los Angeles, where he has complemented his business practice with real estate and probate matters. He is admitted to the bars of New York, District of Columbia and California. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Southern California.
